Client required de-centralized VoIP based Call-Center solution to complement an existing VoIP environment. Existing VoIP provider could not deliver Call-Center features or integrate with a third party provider based on customer's call-tree and ring-down model.

Creating an environment catering to a work-from home type solution for Call-Center, while integrating with existing VoIP infrastructure presented a challenging task to retain functionality and expand the feature set of the system.
