DTS Technology Demo Equipment Terms & Conditions

When ordering DTS Demo Equipment, you acknowledge that all demo equipment remains the property of DTS Technology and is provided for sales demonstration purposes only. Devices must be returned upon request or when no longer in use.

To retain possession of a demo device, it must be actively used or demoed with a client at least once every 30 days. If a device has not been used within that timeframe, DTS Technology reserves the right to request its return.

You are responsible for the care, safekeeping, and proper use of all demo equipment while it is in your possession. Lost, stolen, or damaged equipment may be subject to replacement or recovery costs at DTS Technology’s discretion.

DTS Technology retains ownership of the hardware and is not responsible for providing the demo device and covering all associated monthly plan and service costs for the duration of its authorized use.
